The formaldehyde measuring instrument is an instrument used to check whether the formaldehyde exceeds the standard. How to use the formaldehyde measuring instrument?

1. Enclosed testing space

It is more scientific to close all doors and windows for more than 12 hours. If the room temperature is lower than 19°C and the outdoor air quality is poor, the sealing time can be extended appropriately, such as 24 hours.

2. Selection of sampling point and sampling location

The scientific sampling point should be the place with the worst indoor ventilation. It is recommended that the instrument is not less than 0.5m away from the wall; it is best if the height is consistent with the human breathing belt, generally 0.75m~1.5m away from the ground.

3. Take the detection value

Place the instrument in the testing area for a few minutes, and wait for its value to reach a relatively stable state before reading it. At this time, the value is the indoor formaldehyde content.

4. Qualification standard of aldehyde:

New homes that have been renovated to be moved in should refer to the requirement that the formaldehyde content in GB/T18883-2002 "Indoor Air Quality Standards" is not more than 0.1mg/m3. This standard aims to protect the formaldehyde content of people's daily life environment.

5. Source search:

Different values may be obtained by detecting different positions, and the place with high reading may be the source of pollution, so focus on detection. The healthy fruit A1 detector can be placed at a suspected pollution source, and placed for a period of time to check the readings of the instrument to determine whether the place is a pollution source. Generally, indoor pollution sources are mainly furniture made of artificial boards (such as large core boards, particle boards, density boards, etc.), which should be investigated.
